Japanese-ish looking doors, for a northern climate with lots of wind.

Central (stressed component) sheet of heavy fiberglass, with frame laid up of successive glued and screwed pieces of plywood. Bottom kick panel is to give it weight and is also a stressed member. Each layer/piece is designed to fit onto the lower pieces, using successively longer screws at each layer (1.5″, then 2.5″, then 3.5″) – because of the way the pieces fit, I could make all the parts for the two doors and sort of nudge them together into the right position. Total layers: 4 layers 3/4″ ply
