mjrStabilized bog oak, vintage ebony, fine silver – blade consists of 1095 edge with 15N20 facings and pure nickel transition-line. Flat ground on one side, with chisel on the other.
Flaws: Accidentally ground it left-handed, so I hunted my memory for someone I know who is both left-handed and who likes to cook.
