Since completing The Myth of Homeland Security I've been unable to let go of the topic. Imagine my horrified fascination as federal agencies tasked with aggressive (but sometimes stupid) security goals since 9/11 have failed, redefined their objectives to the point of silliness, or run out of budget. The bogosity is mounting and the politics and finger-pointing is developing exactly as predicted.
